देहरादून। जिला योजना एवं केंद्र पोषित योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक में नाफरमानी करने वाले अधिकारियों पर जिलाधिकारी एसए मुरूगेशन सख्त नजर आए। 50 लाख की लागत से अधिक धनराशि के निर्माण कार्यों का विस्तृत ब्योरा नहीं देने वाले विभागों के अफसरों पर डीएम ने नाराजगी जताई। उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को दो दिन के भीतर अपने विभागों की कार्ययोजना अनिवार्य रूप से जिला अर्थ एवं संख्या अधिकारी को उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। बता दें मुख्य विकास अधिकारी के माध्यम से 50 लाख की धनराशि से अधिक के कराए जाने वाले निर्माण कार्यों का विस्तृत ब्योरा अर्थ एवं संख्या अधिकारी को उपलब्ध कराने के डीएम ने निर्देश दिये थे। किसी भी विभाग द्वारा अपने कार्यों का विवरण एवं प्रस्ताव उपलब्ध नहीं कराने पर जिलाधिकारी ने गहरी नाराजगी जाहिर की। जिलाधिकारी ने सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को हिदायत दी है कि सभी अधिकारी जिला योजना के कार्यों में स्वंय रूचि के साथ कार्य करें। कहाकि समस्या होने पर उनसे बात कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके बावजूद किसी अधिकारी की लापरवाही प्रकाश में आती है तो उसके विरूद्ध आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जायेगी। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी जीएस रावत ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि जिन विभागों द्वारा अपनी कार्ययोजनाएं एवं प्रस्ताव अभी तक उपलब्ध नहीं कराये हैं वे अपने प्रस्ताव तत्काल जिला अर्थ एवं संख्या अधिकारी को उपलब्ध कराएं। सम्बन्धित योजनाओं के प्रस्ताव समय से उपलब्ध नहीं होने की दशा में इसकी जिम्मेदारी संबंधित अधिकारी की होगी। बैठक में जिला अर्थ एवं संख्या अधिकारी बलवंत सिंह, मुख्य कृषि अधिकारी विजय देवराड़ी, जिला पंचायतराज अधिकारी एम जफर खान, जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी अनुराग शंखधर उपस्थित थे।
